Our club name, 505 Speakers Corner, reflects both the origins of the club and who we are today - a place for passionate oratory where everyone has a voice! See our Club History.

505 Speakers Corner provides an opportunity for members to practice the key skills of a competent communicator. It has a mix of new and experienced members. Currently we have over 25 members. Our focus is on encouraging members to exceed their expectations and expand their horizons by achieving their full potential as communicators and leaders.

505 Speakers Corner is a quality club! It has achieved Toastmasters International recognition as a "Distinguished" club in 2008, 2009, 2010 and finally Select Distinguished Club in 2011.

505 Speakers Corner is a member of Toastmasters International which is a non-profit organisation that provides a vast number of resources to develop public speakers and presenters from novices to professionals.
